3. Ownership and Use:

Purchase of Digital Items grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use those items within the Game.
You may not transfer, sell, or exchange Digital Items outside of the Game without express permission from Provider.
Provider retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Game and all Digital Items therein.

4. Refunds and Exchanges:

In no event shall Provider's liability exceed the amount paid by you for the Digital Items.

We as a server only accept Paypal payments to protect us from fraud and other issues that may arise.
